Lynda Hagerty


Practicing U.S. immigration law since 2002,  Lynda has guided startups, mid-size companies, and multinational corporations through complex U.S. immigration matters, earning a reputation for her innovative solutions, strategic thinking, and unwavering client commitment.

Her expertise spans a broad range of employment-based immigration matters including nonimmigrant visas and permanent residence through PERM labor certification and EB-1, EB-2 petitions for executives, entrepreneurs, researchers, and high-skilled professionals.


As an active member of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Lynda was a speaker at the 2024 AILA Investors and Entrepreneurs Conference on the panel “Leveraging L-1 Intracompany Transferee Visas to Empower Small Businesses and Entrepreneurs.”


She also served as a panelist at the March 2024 NAFSA, Association of International Educators Region XI Spring Immigration Workshop.
